Craft Group Hand Crafted Wall Hanging

When asked to design a wall hanging, it was easy for me. I open my curtains in the morning to see the Community Centre and the park, full of life. Many people use this park; some chat while their children play, some enjoy the sports and facilities, while others just sit and rest a while. As I pull back the curtain on a dark cold winter’s night and I look out over the Community Centre and park under the lights, I think how lucky I am, and how lucky the people of Portchester are to have this place.
Extract of words by Margaret Gillmore.
